ClearPath Auto provides vehicle inspection, consultation, and related services. Services are subject to availability and terms specific to each service type.

Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur fees. Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Service Limitations

Our inspections are visual and diagnostic based on accessibility. We cannot guarantee discovery of all defects. Reports represent condition at time of inspection.

Liability

We maintain professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for purchase decisions made based on our reports.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by ClearPath Auto. Inspection reports are for client's personal use only and may not be reproduced without permission.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed by Victorian law. We encourage resolution through direct communication before legal action.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
